The electrical team and manager and the plumbing team and manager are outstanding.
As a woman, home alone, I never felt a moment of unease.
The electrical team: instead of trying to redo everything and use big excavators, etc., they took the time to find the right part. Saved me over 4k.
The plumbing team: (I hope they send Alex every time!) is NOT commission based, so there is no lying or upsell. They are just there to fix the issue. Saving me over 10k. Tell me why that is a novel experience! They even worked with my insurance.
