When you sign up for our maintenance plan, you won’t ever be charged extra for an emergency, even if it’s after hours or on a holiday.
Our plumbing plan includes a flush on your hot water tank** and a dye test for toilet leaks once per year, as well as a complete check on all stops, drains, fixtures, and your clean out for leaks and proper operation.
These checks help prevent possible failures – the ones that always happen at the worst time possible.

*Monthly plumbing service is $10 for up to three bathrooms and one hot water tank. Additional bathrooms are $2 apiece. Tankless water heaters are an additional $7 per month.
